About Me

I'm Kevin, a frontend developer and designer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I specialize in building modern, user-focused web applications that solve real-world problems. Especially in high-stakes, mission-driven environments.

With over eight years of experience in web development, I've worked with startups, agencies, and enterprise organizations to design and ship digital products that are both beautiful and resilient. Much of my work has focused on political and civic technology, where I've helped build outreach, data, and fundraising platforms that support first-time candidates, organizers, and grassroots teams across the country. Including systems that have handled millions of messages in the days leading up to an election.

I care deeply about building humane, reliable software: tools that are easy to use, hold up under pressure, and reflect equity and dignity by default. That means partnering closely with non-technical teams, writing clear documentation and tests, and designing systems that help people focus on the work that matters most.

Currently, I'm building Civics Lab, a growing suite of tools for political campaigns and civic organizations.

I founded and led an early-stage ed-tech startup, designing and building a learning management system for public schools from the ground up. I owned product strategy, UX design, and early development while collaborating with educators to ensure the platform met real classroom needs. This experience taught me how to take products from concept to launch—and how to balance vision, constraints, and user trust.
